I’m Sammy, a two year old corgi mixed boy. I’m only about 20lbs and so cute.  I found out the hard way that those big metal boxes that race along the road are dangerous to a little boy like me. I thought I saw someone who would play with me in one of them, and then I realized too late that the box was not going to stop. It hit me and threw me to the side of the road. I had never felt such pain as the pain that was coming from my leg. I was picked up and brought to animal control, but they couldn't help me, and was taken to a vet right away. It's a good thing, because I found out if they didn't, I would have gone to sleep forever. They did this x-ray thing on me, and they say I have a crack in my femur. Right in the middle. I have to have a pin put in so I can walk good again, so that's why I am telling you my story. Please consider sponsoring me. Paws of Tomorrow needs your help to save me.  I am worth it!!!!

UPDATE: Sammy had his surgery on April 20th and is doing well.  He will take some time to recover but he is ready to be a dog again.  We put a pin in his leg and was able to save the leg.  Please PLEASE consider donating to his surgery and care.  We cannot continue our rescue work without your donations to him.

Paws of Tomorrow is not a shelter, we are a foster based rescue group. All of our dogs are in foster homes and we require a completed application prior to visiting our doggies. We want to know a little about you before sending you to meet our volunteers. All of our dogs are on our website. If they have "pending" after their name, they are pending adoption. Some of our dogs have "foster me" after their names. This means they need a foster home until they are adopted. Please fill out a foster application if you can help by fostering.  We do adopt out of state but you must pick your new baby up from us. Our adoption fee is $300 for all doggies and puppies.  If you have additional questions, we recommend for you to email us at adopt@pawsoftomorrow.dog.
